Because every item is made to order, please allow 2–3 business days for your gift to be personalised and prepared before it ships.

Delivery Times

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Rest of Europe: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• USA, Canada, Australia: 7–12 business days after dispatch

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over €50
• Standard shipping: €4.95
• Express shipping: €9.95 (where available)
