Refund Policy

No Refunds – Personalized Items

All products sold by Signature Gift Society are custom-made and personalized to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our products.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions

As all our products are personalized and made to order, they are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items on sale or gift cards.

EU 14-Day Legal Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union: please note that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. As all our products are made specifically to your specifications, this exception applies to every order.
