Ordering
How do I personalise a gift?
Select your product, fill in the personalisation fields (name, date, message or photo) on the product page, and add to cart. You'll see a preview of your gift before checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We start processing orders immediately. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
What if I make a spelling mistake?
We produce gifts exactly as entered, so please double-check all details carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at signaturegiftsociety@gmail.com.
Personalisation
What personalisation options are available?
We offer engraving, photo printing, name & text customisation and monogramming. Options vary by product — check each product page for details.
Can I preview my personalised gift before ordering?
Yes — most products include a live preview so you can see exactly how your gift will look before you buy.
What file format should I use for photo uploads?
We accept JPG and PNG files. For best results, use a high-resolution image (at least 1000 x 1000 pixels).
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 2–3 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium takes 1–2 days after dispatch. See our Shipping page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship across Europe and to the USA, UK, Canada and Australia.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Returns
Can I return a personalised gift?
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. See our Returns policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption.
