Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalised Items

Because personalised gifts are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on customised items unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Please take extra care when entering your personalisation details. We will produce your gift exactly as entered.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or fault
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Wrong Personalisation

If we made an error with your personalisation (different from what you submitted), we will replace the item free of charge.

How to Start a Return

Email us at signaturegiftsociety@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
